The Coffee and Heels 30 Before 30 List

I know, I know: I'm 28 and turning 29 in June, so what sense does it make to write this list if I have barely a year to do all this stuff, right?

Let me explain: I get bored easily. Whether it's cities, jobs, or shampoo brands, I tend to get tired of the same-olds (strangely and luckily, the only thing this doesn't apply to is boyfriends) and need a shake-up every once in a while.

The London trip was such a hit of fresh air. It was like opening a window in the morning after a long night's sleep and letting the room get flooded with much-needed sunlight (that's obviously a metaphor, since it rains all the time in London, but you get the point). So out of a sleepless night (last night, namely) a new challenge was born. Correction: lots of new challenges were born.

So...here goes!

Life Biggies
1. Marry David.
2. Move to London (a huge dream of mine!)
3. Adopt a puppy and/or a kitten.
4. Go vegan.

20. Take a ballet class.
21. Finally learn to meditate.

Learning new things
24. Learn to play the guitar.
25. Learn to use Photoshop.
26. Learn to ride a bike  (that right, folks! The last time I was on one, I was eight...and wearing a helmet)

Random awesome stuff
27. Watch Audrey Hepburn's entire filmography.
28. Take pole-dancing lessons.
29. See a male stripper show (at my bachelorette party perhaps?)

30. Live by this:

Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature,
nor do the children of men as a whole experience it.
Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure.
Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.
To keep our faces toward change and behave like free spirits
in the presence of fate is strength undefeatable.

  1. Love it! I'm so going to buy your customized coffee&heels t-shirt! I am officially looking forward to it.
Oh and as for the spray tan: tried it last year and it was really cool! You look like as if you just got back from the seaside, definitely worth a try :)
I wish you all the best for all your goals.
ps. One of mine would be learning swedish, not kiddin' ;)

  2. Well, for the marriage, you just have to do it! :D
If you'll go to London, please call me.
    A puppy, :D it's a good point.

Vegan, this is a choice for the life. :D I like this list.

    Seems mine :D

I would like to move to London Too, I would like to save as more animal as possibile, I would like to find someone like me, vegan, free, beautiful inside.
And... see once again IlCane. I miss him so much. But this is not a thing that I can do in this life. :D I'll meet him in Paradise. Yeah!

  7. Bellissimo questo post.
    Punti che condivido:
    1) comprare una borsa di Stella Mc Cartney
    2) fare Yoga
    3) meditare
    4) trasferirsi a Londra

    Cose che mi sorprendono...
vuoi ricominciare a recitare? Ma davvero? Allora ti manca fare l'attrice?

  10. love your list especially your big 4 =))) and I have to say, I'm already vegetarian :D
